Life is a canvas and these are just the moments that together we've painted.

ABOUT ME: I go by Josh Romero and "The Boca Libre" is my personal blog. It's simply life through my eyes. Hopefully, through it you'll get a glimpse of my journey and learn a little bit about who I am. Lately, I've been working on a project called "Sopa". As well as co-writing a book entitled "Hidden Within My Chest". Both are very special to me and I'm pretty excited about them! Stay close and be on the look out for the Sopa launch soon. Thanks!

finding oneself?

The thought process behind the statement “go find yourself” is funny to me. Usually, in the context that it’s used its always somewhat negative. Think about that… How can finding yourself be a negative thing? I’ve never understood why its frowned upon to wander. In all honesty I think we all go our whole lives trying to find ourselves. I find it brilliant!

To have found ones self really is to live in denial. We as humans are an ever evolving species. Daily growing in knowledge and understanding of the world around us, how we pertain to it, and it to us.

I like to think I am free. That you are free. Free to be whomever you please. So I say… Wander. Lose yourself. Don’t allow people to put limitation on who you are and what you can be. They’re usually the ones posing as 1 but standing as 10,000 strong. To them I say, “FUCK OFF!”

Love,

-Josh
